Digital solutions for restaurants and cafés

Most digital work in restaurants and cafés comes down to three questions: how do guests find you, how do they book or order, and why do they come back? On this page you will find the industry's real needs, our ready-made solutions, related services and guides in one place.

    What the industry needs

Being visible on maps and in search
For searches such as “restaurants near me”, Google Maps and your Business Profile are decisive. Up-to-date opening hours, a menu, real photos, replies to reviews and a name, address and phone number written the same way everywhere make it easier for guests to choose you. Your website should also be the official, up-to-date source of this information.
    Your own ordering channel
Food delivery platforms bring new customers, but they charge a commission per order and the customer data stays with the platform. Your own ordering page lets regular customers who already know you order directly. The goal is not to leave the platforms but to balance the commission burden by moving regular orders to your own channel.
    Reservations and table management
Reservations that come in by phone at peak times can be missed, and no-shows leave tables empty. Online reservations show suitable times for the party size, and confirmation and reminder messages reduce no-shows. Capacity, time slots and special days are managed from one place.
    QR menus and up-to-date prices
Printed menus go out of date as soon as prices change. A QR menu opens with the phone camera, updates instantly and needs no app download. Adding allergen and ingredient information, and offering the menu in several languages in tourist areas, becomes easy; a printed menu should still be available for guests without a connection.
    Loyalty and feedback
The returning guest is a restaurant's most valuable customer. A digital loyalty card rewards visits, and a short satisfaction survey catches problems before they turn into a public review. Sending campaign messages requires the recipient's consent and, in Turkey, registration in İYS as well.

    Frequently asked questions

Should we leave food delivery platforms completely?

For most restaurants, no; platforms are an important channel for winning new customers. The healthier path is to stay on the platform while directing regular customers to your own ordering channel and tracking the cost of both channels together. Also check the rules on contacting customers in your platform agreement.

Do guests need to download an app for a QR menu?

No. The QR code is scanned with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. Updating the menu does not require reprinting either; changes appear instantly.

How are your ready-made products offered?

Our ready-made products run on Doki's infrastructure, we do the setup and they are offered with a one-off licence or a monthly rent. They are set up and handed over the next day if the software is ready, or within a week if not. For special needs the product does not cover, the scope is clarified together and custom development is quoted separately.
