How Doki processes personal data and how you can manage your preferences.

    What data we process

    The name, company, email, phone and message you give in contact and application forms; the IP address and browser details at the time of submission, to protect the forms and prevent abuse. Visit data if you consent to measurement (detailed on the cookie page). As a client, project, quote, contract, invoice and support records; depending on the service, your ad account's measurement data and security test findings only within the scope you authorised in writing.

    Why and for how long

    Application data is processed to answer your request and prepare a quote; IP address and browser details for form security (deleted after 180 days); measurement data to improve the site and only with your consent (at most 400 days). Client records are kept to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. Applications that do not lead to a contract are deleted after at most two years; commercial and financial records are kept for the period required by law.

    Who it is shared with

    Only with the hosting, database (Supabase, Frankfurt/EU), email and payment providers needed to run the service. Measurement data stays in our own database and is not passed to advertising or analytics companies. Access to ad platforms runs through your own account; you pay the media budget directly to the platform. Server location and any transfer abroad are stated clearly in the contract.

    Security and your rights

    Access is limited per role and logged, and no test is run on your systems without written authorisation. The detail of your rights to access, correct, delete and object is in the privacy notice; for records kept in the browser see the cookie page.
