Let your systems speak the same language.
API contract
Request and response formats, error codes and versioning rules are fixed in a written contract. When the other side updates its system, you know in advance what would break.
Retries and monitoring
Networks drop, the other system slows down, the same request arrives twice. Retry rules, making a repeated request produce a single effect, and a separate queue for failed operations are designed from the start.

- The server and domain are set up in your name, on your own account.
Not included
- The connected services' own subscription and usage fees.
- Source code and intellectual property: they stay with Doki and can be transferred for an extra fee if you ask.
What we need from you

Timing and delivery
- Timing depends on the number of systems and the state of their API documentation; it is stated in the quote.
What sets the price
- Number of systems to connect.
- Data volume and sync frequency.
Payment and aftercare
- Bug fixes are free for one month after delivery.
- After that you can choose a monthly or yearly maintenance package.
- For work agreed in person, the full fee is paid at the start.
- For remote work, half is paid at the start and half on delivery.
- We respond to every request within 12 hours.
- Meetings are held in Turkish; correspondence and deliverables are handled in the language of your choice with translation support.
- We work in person in Istanbul and remotely across Türkiye and worldwide.

The options narrow but do not end: scheduled file transfer, a database view or the vendor's export tools can be used. We assess together in discovery which one is safe and sustainable; brittle methods like screen scraping are a last resort.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. After the scope meeting we share the stages and an estimated schedule in writing; you follow progress in My account.
How is the price set?
There is no fixed package price. Once the scope is clear we prepare an itemised quote; nothing you have not approved is included.
