Scope of services
Every engagement is defined by the accepted quote version and the contract. The descriptions on this site are promotional and do not replace a quote or contract.

Quotes, payment and changes
The quote version you accept governs; a scope change proceeds as a new version with written approval. The payment plan is stated in the quote. The advertising media budget is not part of the service fee and is paid directly to the relevant platform.

Mutual responsibilities
Content, brand assets, account access and the necessary authorisations are provided by the customer. Security testing happens only on targets you authorise in writing and within the agreed window. No guarantee is given for search rankings, advertising results or "complete security"; goals are written in measurable terms.

Rights, handover and disputes
Rights to the delivered work, the third-party licences used and the scope of handover are written out item by item in the contract. The text, images and design on this site belong to Doki. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in the contract; this page is a draft until it passes legal review.
