Which data, for what purpose
The name, company, email, phone and message you give in contact and application forms are processed to answer your request and prepare a quote; the IP address and browser details at the time of submission, for form security and abuse prevention. Visits are measured with your explicit consent (detailed on the cookie page). As a client, project, contract, invoice and support records are processed to run the service.

Legal basis and retention
Application data is processed for pre-contract discussions, IP address and browser details on the basis of legitimate interest (security), visit measurement with explicit consent, and client records to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. IP addresses are kept for 180 days, measurement records for at most 400 days and applications that do not lead to a contract for at most two years; commercial and financial records are kept for the period required by law.

Transfers and security
Data is shared only with the hosting, database (Supabase, Frankfurt/EU), email and payment providers needed to run the service; measurement data is not passed to advertising or analytics companies. Server location and any transfer abroad are stated clearly in the contract. Access is limited by role and logged.

Your rights and how to apply
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and be informed about transfers. Writing to the address on the contact page is enough; after identity verification your request is answered within the period the law sets. If you have a portal session, you can open the same request from My account → Data and account requests.
