This site uses no advertising cookies, pixels or third-party tracking. Only essential records that stay in your browser are used.

    What is stored in your browser

    Your browser may keep: your display preferences (currency, time zone, reduced motion), your chosen language, your measurement consent decision and, when you sign in, your session. If you allow measurement, a visitor ID cookie (doki_vid) and a visit record that is deleted when the tab closes are also created.

    What we do not use

    We do not use advertising pixels, social media plugins, screen or session recording, or fingerprinting, and there is no third-party analytics tool. Measurement runs on our own server and your data is not shared with anyone for advertising.

    Control and deletion

    Clearing site data in your browser removes all of these records. You can change the settings on the preferences page and end your session by signing out in your account.

    If this text changes

    Measurement consent is asked on your first visit; you can change your decision at any time on the Preferences page. If you withdraw consent, the visitor ID cookie is deleted. If a new tool is added, this page is updated to state what it collects and consent is asked again.

    How local storage differs from cookies

    Preferences, language, consent decision and session live in the browser's local storage: they are not sent to the server by themselves and are not shared with other sites. The only cookie is the visitor ID created only if you allow measurement (doki_vid, at most 400 days), and it is sent only to this site. Clearing site data in your browser settings removes all of them.

    Measurement: with and without your consent

    If you consent, your visit is measured in detail: IP address, browser and device, screen size, language and time zone, approximate location (country, region, city), the referring address and campaign, the pages you view, time and scroll depth on each page, the links you click, the forms you start and submit (not what you type) and page speed. If you do not consent, only anonymous counting takes place: page, time, scroll depth, device type, country and referring site; no IP address, cookie or persistent ID is used.

    Retention periods

    Measurement records are kept for at most 400 days; IP address and browser details are deleted after 180 days. The visitor ID cookie is valid for 400 days and renewed on each visit; the visit record is deleted when the tab closes and the session when you sign out. Data is stored in our own database (Supabase, Frankfurt/EU).
