What the industry needs
- Enrolment and payment
- The length of the enrolment form and the payment step determine whether an interested person becomes a student. Online enrolment, instalment options, automatic confirmations and reminders both simplify the process and reduce administrative work.
- Online lessons and content
- When recorded videos, live lessons and assignments are presented in an orderly way on a single platform, students easily find where they left off. Content should be available only to enrolled students and protected against unauthorised sharing.
- Student tracking and parent communication
- Tracking attendance, homework and exam results regularly makes it possible to see a student's progress early. Information shared with parents should relate only to their own child, and extra care should be taken with the data of minors.
- Course pages people can find
- Students often search for courses by subject and city name. A separate page for each programme that clearly explains its content, duration, level and who it suits provides both search visibility and the right expectations.
- Seasonal campaigns
- Demand in education is seasonal: enrolment periods, exam calendars and holidays. Planning the advertising budget around these periods and measuring the enrolments that come in prevents the budget from being wasted.

Frequently asked questions
Which platform should we use for online lessons?
It depends on the number of lessons, the ratio of live to recorded lessons, and your payment and certificate needs. A ready-made platform offers a quick start; if you need workflows specific to your institution, your own brand and full control over student data, a custom solution is more suitable.
What should we watch out for with student and parent data?
Collect only the information you need, limit access to authorised people, write the privacy notice clearly and obtain separate consent for promotional messages. Pay particular attention to informing parents and obtaining their consent for the data of students who are minors.
How are your ready-made products offered?
Our ready-made products run on Doki's infrastructure, we do the setup and they are offered with a one-off licence or a monthly rent. They are set up and handed over the next day if the software is ready, or within a week if not. For special needs the product does not cover, the scope is clarified together and custom development is quoted separately.
Let's talk about your project.
Tell us what you need; we will define the scope together.
