Digital solutions for real estate agencies

In real estate, customers often come from listing portals, but trust and repeat business are won through the agency's own brand, quick responses and consistent follow-up. On this page you will find the digital needs of real estate agencies, our ready-made solutions and related services.

    What the industry needs

    Your own listings site
Listing portals provide visibility, but they put your agency in the same list as competitors. Your own site presents your portfolio under your brand, brings search visibility through neighbourhood pages and makes it easier for interested people to reach you directly. Managing listings in one place and updating the portals in sync avoids double work.
    Fast responses and lead tracking
Responding late to someone interested in a listing increases the risk of losing them to a competitor. A lead tracking system that gathers incoming enquiries in one place and shows who is interested in which property and when to call them also clarifies the division of work between agents.
    Neighbourhood and local searches
Searches for properties to rent or buy that include a neighbourhood name are the most valuable searches in real estate. Neighbourhood guides, up-to-date listings and a Business Profile make the agency look like the expert in that area. Neighbourhood pages should be written with real information such as transport, schools and price ranges, not with copied text where only the place name changes.
    Visuals and virtual tours
Quality photos, floor plans and video or virtual tours make it easier for interested people to decide before visiting and reduce unnecessary viewings. Compressing large images and serving them at the right size protects page speed.
    Advertising and retargeting
Property decisions take a long time, so reminding people who viewed a listing about similar listings is effective. On Meta and Google, housing-related ads may face targeting restrictions in some countries; campaigns must be set up in line with platform policies.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we move our portal listings to our own site?

It depends on the export or integration options the portal offers. Managing listings in one place and sending them to both your site and the portals is the tidiest approach. Make sure your agency holds the rights to use the photos and texts.

Do neighbourhood pages count as duplicate content?

Using the same text for every neighbourhood and changing only the place name counts as duplicate, low-quality content. Pages with real, area-specific information such as transport, schools, price ranges and housing stock add value for visitors and also perform better in search.

How are your ready-made products offered?

Our ready-made products run on Doki's infrastructure, we do the setup and they are offered with a one-off licence or a monthly rent. They are set up and handed over the next day if the software is ready, or within a week if not. For special needs the product does not cover, the scope is clarified together and custom development is quoted separately.
