Key needs in this city
- The accessibility obligation (Circular 2025/10)
- Presidential Circular 2025/10 gave public institutions, universities, municipalities, banks, private hospitals and private education institutions licensed by the Ministry of National Education one year to make their websites and mobile apps accessible; that deadline passed on 21 June 2026. The benchmark is the Ministry of Family and Social Services checklist based on WCAG 2.2. Automated scans find only some of the problems; keyboard use and screen reader testing are done by hand.
- Information security for public-sector suppliers
- Public institutions and critical infrastructure operators must comply with the Information and Communication Security Guide of the Presidency's Digital Transformation Office, and companies supplying them with software or services may also be asked for evidence of secure development, access management and testing. A penetration test of your own website and app, the fixes and the retest are part of that evidence. If a tender or institution requires a penetration testing firm certified by TSE (the Turkish Standards Institution), the work has to be done by a certified firm; Doki does not hold this certificate.
- Product websites for technology park companies
- The website of a software or engineering company in a technology development zone often has to speak to investors, corporate customers and buyers abroad at the same time. Pages that explain what the product does with technical accuracy, English content, demo requests and a documentation section matter most here. Technical SEO is the foundation for being found in product-name and category searches.
- Enrolment and communication in education
- Ankara has a dense concentration of universities, private schools and courses. During enrolment, making the application form, timetable and payment information easy to find reduces the phone load. Data collected from parents and students is subject to KVKK, and private education institutions licensed by the Ministry of National Education are also in the one-year group of Circular 2025/10.
- Quote-collecting catalogues for industrial firms
- For manufacturers in organised industrial zones such as OSTİM and İvedik, the website is a catalogue that lists products with their technical dimensions and asks for quotes. Buyers should be able to search by product code, dimension and material, and the quote form should pass the right product and quantity to the sales team. A closed dealer portal for dealers and repeat orders can be considered as well.

Frequently asked questions
We are in Ankara; can the work run without meeting in person?
Yes. Discovery, interim presentations and delivery run through video meetings, and quotes, approvals and files stay on record in the portal. In-person meetings take place only in Istanbul. If several people in your organisation need to approve, the approval order is agreed together at the start.
Our institution is covered by Circular 2025/10; can you audit and fix our website?
Yes. Following the Ministry's checklist and WCAG 2.2, we combine an automated scan with keyboard and screen reader testing, report the findings by severity, apply the fixes and retest. Accessibility is not a one-off job; checks should be repeated as new pages and features are added. We do not guarantee compliance: monitoring is carried out by the Ministry's monitoring commission.
Which language are meetings held in?
Meetings are held in Turkish; correspondence and deliverables are handled in the language of your choice with translation support. Quotes, approvals and deliveries are all kept on record in the portal.
