Backup plan
Taking backups is not enough; you must test that you can restore from them. Backup frequency, retention period and regular restore tests are put in writing.
Maintenance window
Updates are made in your quietest hours and announced in advance. Monthly maintenance covers security patches, dependency updates and a short status report.

What sets the price
- The system's age, technology and size.
- How often: monthly or yearly.
Payment and aftercare
- For work agreed in person, the full fee is paid at the start.
- For remote work, half is paid at the start and half on delivery.
- We respond to every request within 12 hours.
- Meetings are held in Turkish; correspondence and deliverables are handled in the language of your choice with translation support.
- We work in person in Istanbul and remotely across Türkiye and worldwide.

Yes, after a short review. We map the state of the code, the documentation, the access and the known risks, then present a takeover report showing what to handle now and what over time. We may also recommend not taking it over, and we would say so with reasons.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. After the scope meeting we share the stages and an estimated schedule in writing; you follow progress in My account.
How is the price set?
There is no fixed package price. Once the scope is clear we prepare an itemised quote; nothing you have not approved is included.
