Design system
Colour, typography, spacing and component rules are gathered in a single source. As the site grows, new pages are produced in the same language, consistently and quickly.
Interactive prototype
Before any code is written you try the main flows in a clickable prototype. Feedback is gathered at this stage, when change is cheap and fast.

Let's define the scope together.
We clarify the scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria together in the first meeting. The written quote lists that scope item by item; if the scope changes, the quote is updated as a new version.

What is included, what we need from you, timing and payment, all in one place. The exact scope and price are set in the written quote.
Included
- A design and interactions made for your brand, with no template.
- A clickable prototype before development starts.
- Site copy and visuals are prepared by Doki and included in the price.
- Three rounds of design revisions.
- The server and domain are set up in your name, on your own account.
Not included
- Source code and intellectual property: they stay with Doki and can be transferred for an extra fee if you ask.
- Domain and server fees (the accounts are in your name).
What we need from you
- Your logo and any brand identity files.
- Example sites you like and dislike.
- Your company details, services and contact channels.
Timing and delivery
- Timing depends on page count and how interactive the site is; it is stated in the quote.
What sets the price
- Number of pages.
- How much animation and interaction you want.
- How many languages the site needs.
Payment and aftercare
- Bug fixes are free for one month after delivery.
- After that you can choose a monthly or yearly maintenance package.
- For work agreed in person, the full fee is paid at the start.
- For remote work, half is paid at the start and half on delivery.
- We respond to every request within 12 hours.
- Meetings are held in Turkish; correspondence and deliverables are handled in the language of your choice with translation support.
- We work in person in Istanbul and remotely across Türkiye and worldwide.

Not when it is done properly. Motion and imagery are designed together with a performance budget; images are compressed, and animations simplify according to device power and the user's reduced-motion preference.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. After the scope meeting we share the stages and an estimated schedule in writing; you follow progress in My account.
How is the price set?
There is no fixed package price. Once the scope is clear we prepare an itemised quote; nothing you have not approved is included.
