Every sale reduces stock instantly; the same last item is never sold to two people. Orders are tracked through preparing, shipped and delivered; returns and cancellations run on the same record.
Checkout and sales reports
Checkout is built with as few fields as possible and connected to the payment provider you choose. The panel shows sales, cart abandonment and best-selling products at a glance.

What is included, what we need from you, timing and payment, all in one place. The exact scope and price are set in the written quote.
Included
- Setup and integration of the payment provider you choose (iyzico, PayTR, Stripe, a bank virtual POS…).
- Product descriptions and site visuals are prepared by Doki and included in the price.
- Three rounds of design revisions.
- The server and domain are set up in your name, on your own account.
Not included
- The payment provider's fees and contract (these are between you and the provider).
- Source code and intellectual property: they stay with Doki and can be transferred for an extra fee if you ask.
- Domain and server fees (the accounts are in your name).
What we need from you
- Your product list: names, prices, stock and variants.
- Your choice of payment provider and your merchant account with it.
- Your return, shipping and delivery terms.
Timing and delivery
- Timing depends on what you need; it is set in the quote once the product count and integrations are clear.
What sets the price
- Number of products and categories.
- Integrations such as payments, shipping or accounting.
- Number of languages and currencies.
Payment and aftercare
- Bug fixes are free for one month after delivery.
- After that you can choose a monthly or yearly maintenance package.
- For work agreed in person, the full fee is paid at the start.
- For remote work, half is paid at the start and half on delivery.
- We respond to every request within 12 hours.
- Meetings are held in Turkish; correspondence and deliverables are handled in the language of your choice with translation support.
- We work in person in Istanbul and remotely across Türkiye and worldwide.

Tell us about your projectWhich payment providers do you work with?
You choose the provider; the contract and collection run directly between you and them. We build the integration and test every scenario (successful, declined, refund) in a sandbox. Card details are never stored on your site.
Do you also work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Tilda or Salla?
Yes. We build stores on these platforms, set up the theme, payments and shipping, and take over the maintenance of existing stores. In the first call we tell you, with our reasons, whether a ready-made platform or custom software fits your products and your market. The store account and the domain are opened in your name.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. After the scope meeting we share the stages and an estimated schedule in writing; you follow progress in My account.
