How we prepare the guides and service texts on this site: which sources we rely on, where we use AI, who checks the text and how we correct a mistake.

What we publish
We publish guides that help you decide and texts that describe the scope of our services. No text guarantees rankings, traffic, conversions or complete security; each one states plainly what a piece of work covers and what it does not. Deliverables named in a service text are written out again in the quote and the contract.

Sources
Every sentence that rests on a rule, a law or a platform policy rests on the original source: an official document, the text of the regulation or the platform's own help page. Second-hand summaries do not count as a source on their own. When a rule changes the text is updated; if you spot outdated information, tell us.

Where we use AI
We may use AI tools to prepare research, to structure a draft and to produce translation drafts. No text goes from these tools straight to publication, and AI is never presented as the author. Customer information, confidential documents, access keys and details of a security finding are never given to a general-purpose AI tool.

Who checks the text
Before publication each text is read by the Doki team responsible for its subject: the software team checks software texts, the security team checks security texts. A sentence containing a result, a price or a timescale is published only if it matches the real scope. Legal wording stays marked as a draft until it has been legally reviewed.

Languages and translation
The Turkish text is the source; the pages in the other seven languages carry the same scope and the same limits. Translation drafts may be prepared with AI assistance. If you find a difference in meaning or an error in one language, the Turkish text prevails and the translation is corrected; a correction that changes the scope is made in every language at once.

Examples and customer names
The sample projects on this site are fictional and say so on their own page in every language; they are not presented as real customer results. A real customer's name, logo, screens or results are used only with written permission and within the permitted scope. No invented reviews, ratings or figures are published.

Reporting and correcting errors
If you see wrong, incomplete or outdated information in a text, write to us through the contact page; the page address is enough. Factual errors are corrected, and corrections that change the scope are made in every language together. If you have found a security vulnerability, there is a separate disclosure page for that.
