Security awareness training
Training that aims to give employees habits they apply in daily work on topics such as phishing, social engineering, password security and data protection.

Why it matters
Most attacks start with a person clicking a link or carrying out a request without questioning it. Short, regular training based on real examples reduces that risk. The real goal is not to turn everyone into an expert but to build a team that stops and reports when something looks suspicious.
- 02
Example
A company runs a ten-minute training session and a harmless phishing test every three months. Within a year, the share of people clicking the link falls and the share reporting suspicious e-mail rises markedly.
- 03
Common mistake
Holding one long presentation a year and calling it done. Information that is not remembered does not change behaviour; short, frequent repetition and an easy way to report work better.
