After you apply
Rental or purchase
The ready-made products are offered as a periodic rental or a one-time purchase. For a rental, the term, renewal and export of your data are written into the contract; for a purchase, exactly which rights are transferred is written separately. Hosting, maintenance and third-party fees are separate lines in the quote.
What we need from you for set-up
Your domain, logo and content, the list of users and branches, any payment or shipping provider account, and the data to be migrated. Knowing these at quote stage makes the time estimate realistic.
What the quote contains
The product and modules you chose, the set-up work, the rental period or purchase terms, hosting and maintenance, any data migration and the date until which the quote is valid are each written separately. The tax treatment of the amounts is stated in the quote as well.
