Why it matters
Security teams spend much of their day repeating the same steps: looking up a suspicious address, asking the user, opening a ticket. SOAR does these steps in seconds and leaves experts' time for incidents that really need a decision. If automation rules are not written carefully, they can also stop legitimate work by mistake.

When an employee reports a suspicious e-mail, a workflow runs automatically: links and the attachment are scanned, everyone who received the same e-mail is found, and if it is malicious it is deleted from every mailbox. The analyst only approves the result.
