I have experience in this area, I must say: working freelance abroad depends on a few factors. Gather the data first, don't make emotional decisions.

Another perspective: maybe the core issue with working freelance abroad is something else. Think about it like this...

Look, most business owners make the wrong choice in situations like this. Be careful, hasty decisions often end in regret.

You're right. If you get three different answers on a topic, the question was asked wrong.

Of course, it varies if your situation is different.

Exactly like that. Mistakes made on the working freelance abroad side are usually reversible but expensive.

When making a decision, first look at what data you have on hand. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The discussion got scattered, let me summarize. Taking notes for two weeks yields better results than a six-month estimate.

When making a decision, first look at what data you have on hand. This is my opinion, I'm not claiming it's absolute truth.

Let me speak from the other side; I'm on the supplier side. The biggest time-waster for us was not knowing who had the final say.

Mistakes made on the working freelance abroad side are usually reversible but expensive.

Thanks for posting. Solutions that work at a small scale collapse when you grow; I learned this late.

If you post the result here, it will help others too.

Let me share my experience. Mistakes made on the working freelance abroad side are usually reversible but expensive.

Just leaving this note, it might be useful.

Do you think this works at any scale? The answer varies greatly by industry; there is no one-size-fits-all rule.

This is my opinion, I'm not claiming it's absolute truth.

It's rare to find an explanation this clear.

This is exactly what we experienced. Most time waste accumulates in tasks waiting for approval.

When listing, put proof that the product actually works at the very top.

Correct in theory, but it doesn't work that way in practice. The real issue isn't the number, but what it's based on.

Proven by experience.

I think it's hard to be that definitive about working freelance abroad. When making decisions, write down the worst-case scenario too, not just the best.

Proven by experience.

I was thinking the same thing. Processes without records never improve because you don't know what to fix.

Give trial work but pay for it; free trials don't bind anyone. Hope this helps.
