Google Search Console is showing a structured data error but I don't get what it means — how can I check if the schema is correct?

I've seen Yoast's schema, it's actually often buggy. Then I installed the Schema Pro plugin and wrote custom schema, errors went away. But Yoast also became correct over time with its updates.

yoast schema is nice but if its throwing errors check the plugin. I mean test the page in a schema validator tool, itll list the errors.

Structured data errors don't directly cause ranking drops. But CTR might drop since Rich Snippets aren't shown. For example: if product price and stars aren't visible, click-through rate is usually lower.

Quick fix: 1) Open a sample page from the Search Console error page. 2) Paste the URL into Google's Schema Markup Validator. 3) Read the 'Errors' section. 4) Go to Yoast settings, check that field (e.g., Product price). 5) If missing, edit manually. 6) Wait 2 days errors should resolve.

JSON-LD is written inside <script type='application/ld+json'> in the page's HTML. Modern browsers and Google read this. Microdata (itemprop) is the old method but still valid. If you're using a plugin like Yoast/Rank Math, try not to intervene manually first.
