Getting a partnership agreement drafted, lawyer costs are too high, can I see someone else's example?

i found lawyers expensive too. then i got a template from TOBB and had a lawyer friend reviw it. saved some money but there's a risk it might not be fully legal but key clauses need to be in writing.

Clauses that must be in a partnership agreement: 1- Equity distribution, 2- Decision-making mechanism (voting rights), 3- Exit/withdrawal procedure 4- Profit sharing, 5- Vesting (if applicable), 6- Dispute resolution. Getting a lawyer to review it for 500-800 lira is better than just adapting a template.

While trying to avoid lawyer costs, you risk spending 10k+ in a lawsuit later. Try finding a lawyer who charges around 1000 lira for a quick job, it might be cheaper. Quality matters too.
