I scaled my business without trademarking, then another company opened with a similar name, should I sue?

we didn't register at first either, then customers said 'saw a similar brand on another site'... tbh we quickly hired a lawyer and got it registered. it's fine now but we were super stressed during that period

Trademark registration: 1- Hire a lawyer (500-1000 lira is seriously cheap), 2- Category selection is important (choose broad categories), 3- Register the trade name alongside the trademark, 4- Register patents too (if any), 5- Consider international registration (if you plan to go abroad)
