Theres a mandatory switch to e-invoicing for the previous year. Will we have issues with old invoices when I set up the system? Can I start without an accountant?

e-invoice transition: 1) go to the GIB (Revenue Administration) site and get an e-invoice certificate. 2) notify your accounting software (or accountant service). 3) old invoices (pre-e-invoice) are still valid, archive them. 4) manage new invoices via e-invoice.

Risk: Wrong transition = issues during tax audits. You should get accountant consultation. Transition flow: old invoice > new system registration > e-invoice. Transition date is critical.

we also made the transition. tbh my accountant recommended software (Logosoft etc.) I installed it then we had dificulties in the first month solved it with support. to reduce risk, consult your accountant use the software they recommend.

the e-invoicing site feels easy but asking your accountant is best, they wont be wrong about the transition date and obligations.

edit: fixed a few typos.

This approach has a cost which isnt discussed. Taking notes for two weeks yields better results than a six-month estimate.

i agree and Id like to emphasize that and if its your first time, start small; scaling comes later.

if I were you, I'd go this route.

Let me share my experience. Look where the bucket leaks; pouring water on top doesn't solve it.

The real issue isn't the number, but what it's based on. That's all, sorry if I went on too long.

Looking at it as a process, the picture changes. Most time waste accumulates in tasks waiting for approval.

Generally correct, but one part is missing. People defend habits, not processes. Resistance comes from there.

Here's how it went for us. Don't hesitate to ask; those who don't ask always pay more.

I was thinking the same thing. Any unwritten clause becomes a point of disagreement later, as both sides remember it differently.

If you have questions, write them; I'll answer as best I can.

We need to take it step by step. tbh finding a new customer is more expensive than keeping an existing one.

When making a decision first look at what data you have on hand. Hope this helps.

I was thinking the same thing. Measure first, then divide. When the order is right, the debate ends.

This is my opinion, I'm not claiming it's absolute truth.

There's a trap here, let me mention it. Finding a new customer is more expensive than keeping an existing one.

Quick summary for newcomers: When making a decision, also write down the cost of reversal.

This is my opinion, I'm not claiming it's absolute truth.

my question might sound amateurish sorry about that. when making a decision, first look at what data you have on hand.

calculate this based on total annnual cost, not the monthly bill. this is my opinion Im not claiming its absolute truth.

Exactly like that. Trying to do this alone is the most expensive way.

I'm also curious if anyone does it differently.
