we work as an industrial machinery supplier over 10 years. we have a website but our online presence is very weak and i read articles about SEO for B2C brands but dont know if they fit our model.

our customers are big factories our niche market is very narrow then how do we reflect this in SEO strategy?

should we do Google Ads or invest in organic SEO? honestly time and money are limited.

B2B SEO is fundamentally different from B2C. search volume is low but intent is high. people searching for 'industrial compressor supplier' are searching with buying intent.

your keyword strategy should include long and technical terms. not general words, specific ones. for example not 'machine' but 'two-stage air compressor'.

content marketing is important. write technical articles, guides, product comparisons. B2B buyers do research — market knowledge for the love of it.

search volume is low in b2b but that doesnt mean quality suffers. id recommend organic seo because ad costs are super high

your b2b sites need integrations and lead capture forms, like a crm tool. structure blog posts to boost customer qualification.

to-do list: 1. technical keyword research (specific to your field) 2. write landing pages (machine models, capacity, tech specs) 3. write at least 10 months of blog content 4. share on linkedin (b2b networking) 5. pos

we're b2c but when we switched to b2b traffic dropped but conversion went up. so organic is tough for b2b but if it's worth it, you know?

linkedin ads vs google ads, which is more effective for b2b? is there a difference between the two?

the sales cycle is long in b2b seo. a customer who searches might buy 3-6 months later. think of content as long-term gain.

My perspective changed after experiencing that. Start with a small trial; don't commit to everything at once.

That's all, sorry if I went on too long.

I think differently. Just because everyone does it doesn't mean it's right.

I'm a small business, let me explain from my side. Solutions that work at a small scale collapse when you grow; I learned this late.

That's all, sorry if I went on too long.

There's also a measurement aspect to this. Speed is a threshold issue; if you're already fast, making it faster changes nothing.

A page with low traffic might be reaching the right people. Look at where sales come from. Just leaving this note, it might be useful.

I've been dealing with this for a long time. Most time waste accumulates in tasks waiting for approval.

If you have questions, write them; I'll answer as best I can.

Let me summarize what's been said so far. Discussing numbers without verifying the measurement setup is a waste of time.

When you try to change everything at once, nothing settles.

Let me summarize the topic, since several different answers were given. Everything goes well for the first three months; problems arise in the fourth.

Of course, it varies if your situation is different.

I agree with this. The harder it is to reverse a decision, the slower you should make it.

Ranking is the result, search intent is the input. Look at intent first. If I were you, I'd go this route.

Three different views emerged, they all complement each other. Most time waste accumulates in tasks waiting for approval.

A competitor's ranking might come from years of accumulation, not just their content. Of course, it varies if your situation is different.
