Does the agency provide admin panel training after site delivery? Or do we have to learn it ourselves?

i didn't get training the first time either. learned how to use the panel on youtube then went back to the agency and said 'how did you expect us to handle this?' they shamelessly said 'standard site delivery'. then we switched to another company they provided training right at our door.

does the training cost money? they gave us 1 hour free but said 300 tl/hour if i wanted more. couldn't tell if that was unfair or not.

did you re-read the contract? maybe there's something under the 'training package' heading that you missed? sometimes agencies hide info in the 'delivery' line.

training is very important! this needs to be stated from the start. what you can do now: 1) send a written request to the agency (request training). 2) if they charge, check if it's reasonable (1-2 hours = 500-1000 TL). 3) you have the right to ask for a video recording of the training. get this written into the contract afterwards.
